Meeting called to order by chairman Steve McAlister at 7:00.

New Business:
1. Applicant: James DuBois
Parcel: Map 412, Lot 32
Location: Jeff Miller Road
Description: House to be built on Tolland portion of large lot crossing border with Town of Granville.large. Tolland portion of lot exceeds 60 acres with greater than 200 feet of frontage. House and porch to be 93’x47’, garage 26’x24’.
Action Taken: As all setbacks will be meet, application waapproved unanimously.
2. A brief discussion of the handling of Special Permit Renewals for Accessory Apartments under the proposed Bylaw was held. It was decided that the Town Clerk would monitor the renewal and certify the re-filing of the permit.
